As a remote freelancer, I travel a lot, and my one rule of thumb is to pack lightly. My bag can start to get heavy very quickly when I throw in my essential gear like a smartphone, laptop and smartwatch -- especially when they all have multiple proprietary chargers. I own an iPhone 16 Pro, MacBook Air and the Apple Watch Series 10. It supports a 65W maximum power output and features two Type-C ports, so you can charge an iPhone and a MacBook Air simultaneously. With both devices connected, the MacBook Air gets 45W of power from the high-speed left port, while the iPhone charges at 20W. The left port is marked with a blue-colored lining on the inside to denote its 45W higher power output capacity. When charging a single device, each port is capable of 65W power output.

I also appreciate the size of the Nomad. At just 76.4mm x 48.5mm, the relatively small form factor isn't typical for 65W dual-port chargers. On top of that, you get flip-out prongs, so when not it's in use, it's especially slender. These two design elements allow me to carry my Nomad slim charger everywhere. I can even slip it into my back pocket.
